       RN/Care Coordinator - Case Manager
                                            Hendricks Regional Health
                                                   Danville, Indiana

Registered Nurses with previous hospital case management experience AND a minimum of two (2) years previous med/surg or emergency department clinical experience are encouraged to investigate this part time, which may develop into full time, opportunity at Hendricks Regional Health.  This position will provide care coordination/case management duties for our emergency department patients.  The schedule is 12-hour shifts, starting at 11:00 am, primarily on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with an  opportunity to pick up additional "as needed" hours for other hospital departments’ care coordination.

Candidates must demonstrate highly effective communication and organizational skills, in addition to having experience in applying InterQual criteria to chart reviews.  Certification in Case Management is a plus!  IN RN license required.
