Central IN CMSA conference energizes and provides learning opportunities for more than 250 Case Managers from all areas of clinical experience throughout Indiana.  By participating in the 2009 Conference your name will be on everyone’s mind!

As a Sponsor/Exhibitor you will receive:

• Complimentary continental break, lunch, and breaks for two (2) of your booth’s representatives
• Two (2) complimentary conference registrations for your booth’s representatives
• Complete list of conference attendees
• Recognition throughout the day and in the Attendee/Exhibitor/Sponsor Conference Booklet
• A 6 ft. draped table for your exhibit

As a Supporter you will receive:

• Display of your company’s exhibit without a company representative at your table
• Recognition in the Attendee/Exhibitor/Sponsor Conference Booklet.

Title Sponsor/Exhibitor, $2000.00 – Become the Title Sponsor and be the first name in the mind of the attendees.  Receive an opportunity to introduce the keynote speaker, prominent display of  your company name, your logo and link on CICMSA home page of the Website for one  (1) year, and recognition in conference publications.

Platinum Sponsor/Exhibitor, $750.00 - Sponsor the lunch and have your name prominently displayed on each luncheon table and one piece of your company’s promotional material at each attendees’ plate, your logo and link on CICMSA  home page of the website for one (1) year, and recognition in conference publications.

Gold Sponsor/Exhibitor, $600.00 - Sponsorship of the continental breakfast and breaks will have your company name on all break tables, your logo and link on CICMSA home page of the website for six (6) months, and recognition in the conference publications.

Silver Sponsor/Exhibitor, $450.00 – Display your company’s information and have the opportunity to talk with conference attendees, and recognition in the conference publications.

Session Supporter, $300.00 – Sponsor the session of your choice, and receive an introduction, and recognition in the conference publications.
