Topic: Multiple Sclerosis Treatment Modalities

Raquel will discuss the prevalence, etiology, and underlying underling factors of Multiple Sclerosis (MS).   She will consider the objective and subjective measurements when monitoring MS disease progression; then will highlight the MS symptoms, treatment options, and clinical treatment goals.  

Raquel will also, discuss barriers and obstacles to patient compliance, social issues, support needs, and comorbid conditions.  A summary will be presented regarding future of MS therapy, managed care concerns, and results of PIII trials for approved therapies.
