 Speaker:   Kenni Lou Walker, RN, MPH, CCM, Director Medical
                        Management, Wishard Health Services

     Topic:       Liberation through Communication using the
                        Readiness to Learn Tool 

Kenni Lou will describe three tools to improve communication and the use of the Readiness to Learn Tool.  Two methods to evaluate behavior change will be presented.

 Kenni Lou Walker, RN, CCM, MPH is an effective, creative professional with thirty years of successful leadership in organizational development, clinical performance and financial efficiency.  Her clinical background as Director of Emergency Department and Critical Care Unit provides a strong base for her current Medical Management leadership role in the public hospital sector.  She began her Case Management career as Director of Healthcare for a national Payer and as COO led redesign of a hospital-based managed care organization. Recently she returned from a Peace Corps experience having worked with the Minister of Health in developing a new national healthcare delivery system.  Kenni Lou is a 2005 recipient of the Spirit of Women Award.
