Considerations for Optimal Medication Management in Steven R. Counsell, MD will list the risk factors for adverse drug reaction in older adults and discuss age related changes in pharmacology. In addition, he will identify the specific medications that have a high risk of adverse side effects in older adults. The IU Geriatrics program has been recognized by the John A.
