    Topic:       Sleep Apnea: Case Management Strategies to Facilitate Client
                            Adherence &  Successful Outcomes

Deborah Dibenedetto will discuss the two adverse outcomes associated with undiagnosed sleep apnea and will identify the populations most likely to have sleep apnea.  Three treatment options and web-based resources will be presented.  Deborah  will present two ways the case manager may facilitate client/patient adherence to therapy.
